- Red Core: contains the superhumans who have energy based abilities (Force fields, teleportaion, ect). They are also known for building an maintaining transportation on Shatter (i.e maintaining the trains and tracks)
-Orange Core: contains the superhumans who have physical abilities (Super strength, super speed, ect.). They are known for construction, mining, and basic manual labor.
-Yellow Core: Contains superhumans with mental abilities (telepathy, precognition, ect.) known for its Medical schools and science labs.
-Green Core: Is under the highest security. It contains the superhumans with multiple abilities; they also maintain the energy production and up hold power plants.
-Blue Core: Consist of superhumans with Elemental based abilities (Fire, ice, water, ect). They are the largest exporters of livestock and agriculture.
-Indigo Core: Contains those who can manipulate themselves (Shape-shifting, stretching) They are known for entertainment such as theater and film (Similar to LA, California)
-Violet Core: Last but not least contains those with sensory abilities (Super hearing, x-ray vision. ect.) They are known for the largest artisans bazaar and crafts center. (similar to Florance, Italy and Paris, France)
In the very center is the Light Core which contains the government system of Shatter. Its is also home to the Telekinetic police force and the only educational system.
Facts:
-Each core has been split up in 6 sectors. Each sector is like a State or a Provence and makes for easy organization of living space.
- If a couple on Shatter were to have a child it would be confiscated to Light Core to under go education until his/her abilities have been established. Once the child reaches the age of 17 and graduates from the educational system they will then be put into there appropriate core.
-Once selected and branded a certain core, citizens can not live in other cores, but they may visit each core for a time. There is a curfew on Shatter.
- Even though each core has a specialty occupation, not every citizen is forced to partake in that occupation. For example each core has restaurants, medical centers, and performing art centers.
- Train tracks consist of check points to maintain the safety of Shatter. The check point color means that that check point is owned by that color core.
