Violet13 is a telekinetic detective investing the infamous Cade Harvey, leader of an underground resistance on Shatter. Meanwhile a simple girl, Annie Ackles, is receiving strange messages from an unknown source dealing with a complex conspiracy that is only truly known to the local government. Where are these messages coming from, and what do they have to do with Cade and Violet13?
